After experiencing a near miss on a project, our Founder felt that a change needed to be made in how information was communicated to frontline workers. This was the motivation behind CodeSafe’s birth. After recognition from WorkSafe and an RMIT evaluation, we began to understand that what we were putting together was a game changer and could make a real difference across workplaces.
After developing an initial prototype platform and model, we realized that we needed to provide an enterprise level solution for any size business. So we partnered with an international software developer, Revelation Software Concepts, the developers of Rev-Trac, who understood change management and software integration. The last 5 years have taught us a lot. We are bolder, more focused and more committed than ever to make a difference for our clients. We understand that our clients are in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment and need simple, effective solutions that are easy to implement and that minimise risk and maximise profit.

After 35 years in the construction industry, David Broadhurst had witnessed too many deaths and significant injuries in the workplace. He was adamant that a shift had to occur to refresh workplace culture around processes and procedures. Out of this desire, CodeSafe was born, from the field, for the field. Our heart will always be to create a safer and more productive workplace through valuing people.
We don’t believe in isolation and intellectual fences.
